The Enneagram helps us to understand our strengths, weaknesses and blindspots. It helps with boundaries, emotional intelligence, self confidence, over-thinking, self doubt, imposter syndrome, self control, perfectionism, frustration, anger, shame etc.

In Couples Coaching we work on the given goals you have for our time together so the conversation can be customized for your relationship growth. This can include conflict style, communication, triggers, defense mechanisms & how to speak each other’s language.
